John works with individuals and with groups to bring confidence into their lives so that they may achieve things they thought would always be out of their reach.
As soon as he began to work with clients he realised that many of the people he met were consistently defining their situation as the ‘problem’ that needed to be ‘solved’. Many were approaching the main components of their lives, for example, work, relationships, money, health, even their golf game, in this reactive way.
John will help you to notice that this is never the case and to accept that it’s your relationship with your own thoughts and feelings about the situation (and not the situation itself) which will determine the experience you will have during it. So, rather than constantly trying to change your emotions and thoughts, John will help you to make peace with them, which in turn will grant you more positive experiences.
