- Bums, Legs & Tums – New class starting Thursday 8 February 2018, from 9:15am to 10:00am – pay as you go or 6 week bootcamp
- Wednesday class 6:30pm – 7:30pm: Rebounding / Kettletrx – this class is easy on the joints without losing the high impact workout. Ideal for weight loss, improves posture, improves lymphatic drainage with many more benefits and it’s a fun workout.
- February’s bargain: Monday’s Kettletrx class at 6.30pm – bring a friend and you both get Monday’s class for €5. This class is a combination class of Kettlebells and Trx suspension training circuits, suited for toning weight loss and strength gains. Ideal for all abilities including cross training to enhance your sporting performance.
