Miriam and Aileen are two ladies dedicated to fitness, believing in living a healthy and happy life through an active fitness regime.

Their Strandhill studio offers a wide range of fitness classes suitable to all levels of patrons. They have classes that will get your heart pumping such as TRX, spinning, circuits and kettlebells, but also offer less intensive programs specifically tailored to seniors which compensate for immobility and health issues.

There are kids’ birthday parties and camps for children, which provide a wide range of fun activities and games for your child, whilst helping to improve their fitness. Also available are Individual Weight Loss Programmes, Personal Training Team sports fitness and Exercise programs for those with physical and intellectual disabilities.

Miriam Cunningham

Fitness Instructor, Certified Neuromuscular & Myoskeletal Therapist who has 20 years experience in the fitness industry. Miriam coaches Marathon training and training for the local Warriors run, as well as designing specific classes for Physical and Intellectual Disabilities.

Aileen Cooper

Fitness Instructor who has 15 years’ experience in a variety of different sports activities and fitness classes. Aileen works in conjunction with Sligo Sports Partnership in the outdoor gym at Doorley Park. She teaches a variety of classes which include Fitness Pilates, Teen Fitness, Boxercise, Studio Cycling, Rebounding Active Retirement Classes and Circuits.
