Fitness for All Summer Schedule

Fitness for All Studio’s Summer Schedule will be running throughout the summer months as normal.

Classes are Spin/circuits, Fitness Pilates, Running Groups, Kettlebells, TRX, Tabata, Low impact Aerobics, Rebounding, Mum and baby Pilates, Mum and baby spin and tone and Early bird workout.

Weather permitting, classes will be held outdoors with the beautiful background of Knocknarea Mountain.
